Three questions that decide it

2m² or 4m²? A 2m² wall already changes how a standard balcony feels. A 4m² wall gives the green surface more presence in the view you use every day.
Will you care for it yourself? It is not heavy work, but it is regular. If you travel often, do not save money by dropping maintenance — that saving goes back out as replacement plants.
How long do you want to keep it? Twelve months of maintenance bought separately costs 21,000,000đ, which is what makes Evergreen the cheaper route for a wall you intend to keep.
