If Your Balcony Is Not 2m² or 4m²
This is where we step outside the packages and work from the actual site. The decor packages page carries a per-square-metre calculator: Basic at 5,450,000đ/m² and Tropical at 6,450,000đ/m², both including automatic irrigation, from a 2m² minimum. Add 600,000đ/m² where there is no water point and 900,000đ/m² for an interior wall.
Pricing by area gets you the exact size you need, but without the prepaid maintenance and replacement rounds carried by the two 4m² packages. Those can be added through a separate maintenance plan.
When the Listed Price Is the Final Price
These are listed prices, not estimates. They hold when the wall installs on the outer face of an apartment balcony, the dimensions sit inside the package frame, the backing wall can carry the system, suitable power is available, there is a water point or you accept the listed surcharge, and access for delivery and installation is ordinary. Outside that frame we quote separately — and say why the job falls outside it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can a small balcony use a decor package?
Yes. The 2m² Standard package is designed for exactly that. A small balcony is the strongest case for moving planting onto the wall to keep the floor open, and for avoiding a system that is too deep.
Do the higher packages use better plants?
No. Same Tropical planting system, same installation standard. A higher package keeps the wall looking good for longer; it does not make it look better on handover day.
What happens after Verdant’s three months of maintenance?
You take over, or continue on a separate plan: Per-month at 2,000,000đ, six months at 10,500,000đ, twelve months at 21,000,000đ, all at four visits a month.
What does “replacement up to 15%” mean?
In that round we replace up to 15% of the wall’s plants at no extra cost. Most balcony walls do not use the full allowance; the figure states how far you are protected, not how much your wall is expected to lose.
Can a low-light living room work?
It can, but that is a lighting problem rather than a question of finding a more shade-tolerant plant. Household lighting is designed for human eyes, not for photosynthesis. Interior walls sit outside the three balcony packages and carry the 900,000đ/m² lighting charge.
Can I start with Standard and add a second wall later?
Yes. The second wall is priced per square metre as above, sharing the same irrigation where the position allows.
What We’ve Already Worked Out
The worry: not knowing what the extra money buys, so you either choose the cheap option and regret it or the expensive one without knowing why.
What we fixed in advance: three clear levels of responsibility, positioned over the period when plants are most fragile. Area, planting system, irrigation, collection tray and plant list are all settled — you never choose a technical configuration.
Which package covers it: Standard 2m², cared for by you after handover. Verdant 4m² with three months of maintenance and one replacement round up to 15%. Evergreen 4m² with twelve months of maintenance and three rounds up to 20%.
What still needs a look: the balcony orientation. A west-facing wall under hard afternoon sun needs a different plant list within the same concept — that changes the plants, not the package price.
