This returns and refunds policy applies to materials, modules, decor packages, and installation services according to the status of each order.
Materials and Modules
- An unused product in its delivered condition may be considered for return within seven days of receipt.
- Products that have been cut, drilled, installed, soaked, planted, or made to custom dimensions cannot be returned.
- Before returning an item, send photos, the order number, and the reason for the request so our team can review it.
Decor Packages and Installation
- A deposit holds the schedule and covers preparation of materials and plants. If the customer cancels after custom materials have been ordered, actual costs will be deducted.
- If Tường Cây SG cannot deliver accepted work for reasons on our side, the customer receives a refund for the portion not completed.
- Installed and accepted work is nonrefundable, except for a fault covered by the warranty terms stated in the contract.
Processing Time
- We respond to a return or refund request within three business days after receiving all required information.
- When approved, a refund is sent through the agreed payment method within seven to ten business days.
