Evergreen is a 4m² balcony green wall package with 12 months of care after handover and three replacement rounds of up to 20%. The first year is included

Twelve months of care lets Tường Cây SG keep rhythm with the wall through dry months, wet months and small changes in the balcony climate. Three replacement rounds allow leaf density to be balanced where a cluster needs changing. The result is a green surface followed long enough to settle, not only an item installed and left alone.

4m² of Tropical planting with depth

Evergreen uses the same 4m² area as Verdant, often suited to balconies with two visible faces or one longer surface that needs stronger coverage. The Tropical palette builds layered foliage: broad leaves set the main rhythm, base plants fill gaps, and smaller leaf clusters soften the edge. Automatic irrigation and a stainless drainage tray are included.

How it differs from Verdant

Evergreen does not add square metres over Verdant. The extra investment is the length of Tường Cây SG's support in the first year: 12 months instead of 3 months, and three replacement rounds instead of one. If you want the closest version to a full first-year operating package, Evergreen is the right fit.

After the first year

At the end of twelve months, you know the wall well: which side gets stronger sun, which clusters grow best, and which watering rhythm suits the balcony. From that base, you can continue care yourself or renew maintenance as needed. Evergreen focuses on the first year, the period that sets the wall's long-term rhythm.

Evergreen: 43,500,000đ, saving 5,500,000đ, including automatic irrigation and a stainless drainage tray for both walls. A balcony with no existing water source adds 2,400,000đ.
