Monthly green wall maintenance plan (Per-Month)

The Per-Month plan is for a green wall that needs a care team month by month, without a long commitment. It includes four visits each month: enough for pruning, cleaning, irrigation checks and condition notes on a steady rhythm. It suits walls built by Tường Cây SG, walls handed over by another contractor, or households that want to try the service before choosing a longer term.

Four clear visits each month

Each visit covers pruning the leaf line, cleaning the surface, checking and flushing the irrigation line, balancing water flow, feeding seasonally and handling plant clusters that need adjustment. The visit ends with a condition note, so you know how the wall is doing.

We also maintain walls we did not build

For a wall built elsewhere, the first visit checks the frame, irrigation and drainage before the regular care rhythm begins. If the existing system needs repair, that work is listed separately and quoted first, not folded into the maintenance fee.

Who it suits

Per-Month suits you when you want a flexible care schedule, are testing the service, or need a team to take over an existing green wall. You book month by month, receive four visits, then decide the next month from real need.

If you want a longer term

When the wall has become a fixed part of the space, the 6-month or 12-month plan keeps the same care rhythm at a better total cost. Per-Month stays the clean starting point: clear work, clear price, no long contract up front.

Where it applies

A total wall area of 2-6m² at a single location, within 10km of the An Phú - Thảo Điền area. Beyond that, cost is recalculated for distance and area.

Per-Month: 2,000,000đ/month, four visits a month, flexible month to month, no long-term contract.
